The Clipwire uploader is private software used by its operator to publish to the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not a product, service or API offered to anyone else, and there is nothing here to sign up for.
Clips published by Clipwire are short excerpts from public livestreams. They credit the original streamer and link to the source. Copyright in the underlying broadcasts remains with the creators who made them; nothing here transfers or claims those rights.
Creators may request removal of any clip by emailing brikkanimations256@gmail.com. Requests are honoured promptly and without dispute.
This site and the software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not guarantee that the site will be available, accurate or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its content.
